Participate Community
Community activity is an essential part of living a good and healthy life. However, not everyone is able to participate in community life; many NDIS participants face barriers due to mobility issues, social anxiety, or even the lack of means of transport. Without appropriate support, these barriers may lead to isolation and hinder personal development.
At KIISA Care, we help individuals overcome these barriers by providing them with specialised care to facilitate community participation. Our group works closely with all the members to find their areas of interest, set realistic goals, and find ways for members to connect within their community actively.
Community involvement is not just about attending events; it’s also about building self-confidence, connecting with others, and experiencing the joy of belonging. Our mentorship is designed to help participants feel comfortable and motivated as they transition into community life.
