Assist-Life Stage, Transition

Life is full of transitions, whether it’s moving out of school into independent living, starting a new job, or entering a new stage of personal growth. The changes may be especially challenging for NDIS participants unless they receive the relevant support and guidance. Without planning, unnecessary stress can arise, making it harder to adjust.

At KIISA Care, we help those affected plan and adapt to significant life changes in a positive and achievable way. We take a person-centred approach, focusing on each individual’s strengths, preferences, and goals. Whether it’s moving to a new home, starting a course, or developing new routines, we provide the support needed to make each transition as smooth as possible.

We see transitions as opportunities for growth, not just obstacles to overcome. With appropriate support, participants will be in a position to embrace change, acquire resilience, and go into the new stage of life in a positive mood.
